Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

We accept all kinds of Credit and debit cards [Visa/Master Card] [Except Amex]. We also have Cash on Delivery and Net Banking options.

Yes, we do have seasonal sales. Keep checking our home page for our sale announcement or you could sign up for our newsletter to receive latest information on our sales and promotional activities.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
Can the products be customised? If so, how?
We do not offer completely customised products yet. However, we do offer customisation in sizes. Look for our exclusive service labelled "Tailored Fit". You can find this on our home page or on the product.
I have not received the entire order. Why?
If your order has more than one product, it is quite possible that they are from different designers. Also, every product has a different delivery time. Products will be delivered to you as and when they are ready. However, you can track each of the products in your order by the tracking numbers provided to you.
Is there a purchase limit to COD order?
Yes, COD is applicable to products within 10000 rupees.
