This exchange policy is applicable to all products bought directly from www.atailorstale.com and is subject to change at the discretion of the administrators. Since everything sold on A Tailor's Tale is designer wear, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed or returns without exchange. We deal with our customers in good faith and trust they will return the favor.
We do however, accept exchanges in a few circumstances - if the product is damaged or soiled and/or is of the wrong colour/size, you could fill in the form below to get your product replaced.
In all such cases, the product will be replaced on verification.
For return, the product must be:
Unwashed and unused
Should have the original tags and packing material
Delivery slip and invoice
Should be returned within 10 days of delivery
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
